As one of the owners of Maple and Mill, Jamie facilitates and oversees all aspects of design for the company. Jamie works with our in-house design department to deliver timely and beautiful design for our clients. With over 20 years of experience in architectural design in both the renovation and new construction fields, Jamie has always had a deep passion for interior architecture. With a background in both traditional and modern design disciplines, Jamie has a diverse toolset to work with each client's unique vision. He resides in Grosse Pointe Farms with his wife Heather, children Jane and Henry, and their black lab Louie. Jamie is an avid fly-fisherman and enjoys fishing on Michigan’s many rivers in all seasons.

Becca Priester

Becca is a born designer. Across mediums, she has been creating impactful designs since she began her career. Becca’s profession is also her passion, and her deep knowledge of design allows her to bring a broad range of aesthetics to her projects. She has brought that passion and knowledge to historic restorations, new builds, commercial spaces and residential projects, both single and multi-family apartment buildings. She loves to collaborate with her clients and strives to create unique and livable spaces that grow with them timelessly.

Alex Decker

Alex Decker

Alex joins our team as an interior designer focusing on residential interior architecture. In her role she guides the design process as a visual communicator, supporting our team by producing architectural drawings and visualization for our kitchen, bath and remodeling projects. She loves the art of design, the enduring nature of architecture and her ability to create unique solutions for interiors. Alex is a graduate of DePaul University and also studied interior design through Parsons School of Design. She is the owner and creator of A Decker Design. Passionate about the arts and Detroit, Alex serves on the Development Committee of the Detroit Institute of Arts and is on the Board of Directors of its Founders Junior Council. Alex lives in Grosse Pointe with her husband and toddler son.

Matt Lelli

Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2018 and his Master of Architecture in 2019. He has a passion for revitalizing historical cities through creative design that considers an understanding of how environments evolve. His design philosophy is to ensure that the historical basis of a design is maintained while comprehending near-term societal trends and future re-use strategies. Before joining the team, he was involved in multiple historical renovations and new multifamily construction projects around the city of Detroit. In his free time he enjoys rock climbing with his two cats.
